1. Shipping

1.1 Local (Lebanon) Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping services within Lebanon through our trusted partner, Wakilni. For deliveries within Lebanon, the following terms and conditions apply:

– Delivery Times: Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered within Lebanon.

– Delivery Charges: We offer free charge delivery in Lebanon.

– Tracking: For all orders, we will provide a tracking link after the order is shipped.

1.2 International (Worldwide) Shipping

For international orders outside of Lebanon, we use DHL and Aramex as our preferred carrier. The following terms and conditions apply:

– Delivery Times: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. After shipping your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time via email.

– Delivery Charges: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination country. These charges will be communicated to you after your order is shipped.

– Tracking: For all international orders, we will provide a tracking link after the order is shipped.

2. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Studio. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below:

2.1 Returns for Product Discrepancies or Damage

If the product you receive doesn’t match the description or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return of the item and handle the return shipping fees and money transfer fees. You will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund for the full purchase amount.

2.2 Returns for Unwanted Products

In the event that you wish to return a product for reasons other than discrepancies or damage (e.g., you changed your mind), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. In this case, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees and money transfer fees. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original shipping charges.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it was received.
